I have been trying to call for an appointment from 8:02 am to 8:20 am but the queue is always full. I have been continuously redialing and must have called 50 times but always the same answer "the queue ahead is full". I wonder how this could be possible.

I have received great service and also the clinician was able to speak to me in my language therefore it was easier for me

My son was very sick. The doctors were very thorough. They treated him very quickly and prescribed medicine promptly. He made a full recovery. The doctor was very concerned and very helpful and professional.

Visited here recently. The reception staff are very professional and friendly. The doctor was superb. Diagnosed and treated promptly!! Thank you.

I attended a post blood test consultation/ medication review, face to face appointment with doctor, booked through patient-access system. The doctor was professional, efficient, and friendly. She was a good listener and took time to respond to my questions. the amazing thing was, their system identified that, i was due for shingles vaccination, and the practice nurse and the reception staff ensured immediate treatment saving me a second journey. good example of how this practice has developed an integrated patient-centred service using it. despite the immense front of house pressures, it was outstanding service, well done Balfour Road practice.

Everyone at Balfour Road Surgery has always been kind and helpful in terms of scheduling appointments and referring to specialists/private consultations - this includes not only the doctors and nurses, but also the admin team as well. Although this review is for my recent visit, my family and I have had good experience here. Keep up the great work and service! Highly recommend the practice to everybody.

Balfour Road Surgery has great Doctors and staff with excellent service. I have been undergoing treatment with this surgery and amazed with the kind of support and service they provide. Doctors are skilled and experienced. I would highly recommend this practice.
