    i start calling 8.35am, so as we know i was in the queue at 7, then waiting… 9.23am finally my turn came. Now the reception said all the appointments booked for the day.this is first come first go service. I should call 111 or go to hospital. My question is how come after waiting 1 hours they are saying all appointments booked within 5mints. anyway why didn’t they mention it at the beginning they i shouldn’t waisted my 1hour for waiting. Which is really disappointing disgusting unacceptable. i would give 0 star out of 5.very bad go👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    Have been with this gp for about 2 years, they are unhelpful in the extreme. Reviews left of poor service are accurate. My experience is negative also, hoping for improvement but know it is wishful thinking. I can give many specific concerns etc but will take very long as are too many etc. Receptionists and gps are OK overall ( trying to be kind as possible) but sometimes have been let down badly with the communication, lack of empathy, knowledge, rudeness etc. Still not receiving face to face appointments, (covid 19 has been declared not an emergency anymore by the world health organisation) hardly any telephone ones available and even emergency ones are over the phone , if anyone lucky to get. Unacceptable. Main reason haven't moved gp yet is many people facing same issues in the area. If the manager or Dr's would like to reply to our concerns? Go ahead and explain and actually improve the situation finally instead of ignoring it all, save the surgery closing before it's too late as seems inevitable

    I am a cancer patient i been with this practice for over a year. Every time I call for appointment I never gotten on. I am a cancer patient, i am very sick. On the 3.05.2023 at 8:30 this morning I was on the phone waiting for almost 20 mins. I got given appointment that the GP will call me back between 10 to 14. At 13:58 I called my GP because I haven’t not receive any calls from them. When I called they told me that the Doctor called me at 11:15 which is a lie. I have witness to confirm that is not true. They also said that GP left a message which is not true. This is not the first time that it’s has happened. Bad experience. It’s the lies that it’s unfair

    Doctor was great but the receptionist is very rude huffs and buffs when talking to you tell I have to disclose the reason I’m ringing to see the doctor which I don’t think is right as she only a receptionist not a doctor

    My daughter had too much pain in ear from last one month but they said they don't have any appointment because all appointments are fully booked. However i got an appointment after a month that was yesterday. After chechup nurse said fo to the private clinic because i can not do anything bla bla...... I asked 2nd question so the nurse said...one question one problem only. If you have 2nd problem so book another appointment. Who is the head of this Surgery. Please at least try to give them manner to speak their patient.

    Very disappointed with this practice. It is hard getting appointments and hard to see or speak with the doctor. Delays in referrals, prescriptions and blood tests results.
