Overall even though the place is run down and in disrepair, the staff themselves were nice and pleasent people. The Doctor was very nice and explained things well. And the receptionist were fine. They seemed kind of over it and tired but I could imagine with their job. Otherwise they were professionally polite to me. I would recommend them as a GP so far. To make the appointment I used their online services from 7:30am and they called me back after 20 minutes to make an appointment the same day. So great fast service.

They don't give you the timing you want to see, doctor. They are so rude and disgusting. Not enough experience, doctors or staff. We just go and sit there and wait for more then one hour. They are not helpful.

Very efficient service made even better by the friendly manner it was done. An obvious knowledge of the individuals own personal medicine was very evident

Applause for the new online booking system. Went online at 8; had a text about five mins later and doctor has already called by 9:20. I know I can’t expect this service all the time but impressed so far.

I am try to register my new born baby, but this centre is like a ghost - nobody answers phone and after they did they just hung up after 1 hour waiting time. Can anyone do something about because this as I find it unacceptable?

The surgery Reception staff and the Nurse were friendly and welcoming. The blood test was quick and painless. I received excellent and efficient care. Thank you very much!

I called today (30th June 2022), to do a follow up from surgery's prescription manager. I was so surprised, that my concerns been dealt with ease and receptionist was very efficiently handled my matter. She also went through my recent cardiologist's letter, to make sure, I get the correct advice and care. Surly, staff like her are merit to any institution. Further more, I don't write reviews - but in this occasion, thought of mention someone who excel on thier day to day duty. Many thanks.
