They are just brilliant at what they do, friendly, accommodating, professional, even the reception team could not be nicer, I know if I ever leave the area I will never find a doctors like them again, thanks for everything over the years

Having been with the practice since it opened in 1982, I can only report the most positive experiences for me and my family. All the staff have been consistently kind, helpful and efficient, and our treatment has been exemplary throughout. The practice is very well run and up to date in all its administration. I recommend it unreservedly.

I changed to this practice recently. I’ve needed to contact them twice for an appointment and on each occasion I was offerred the same day by incredibly efficient , friendly and professional receptionists. Furthermore, today ( my second consultation I was in the waiting room for a while and saw one of the receptionists go out of her way to speak with a very upset gentleman. She was lovely. Went to the doctor with a special request for the patient who had quite a few challenges. He came into the surgery very unhappy and left happy after a really caring intervention and advice from the receptionist. Myself and other patients waiting, were smiling with pleasure at the way the situation was handled. My appointment with the GP was great. Informative. I had great care. On my way out, I thanked the reception team and they were visibly moved by the positive feedback I gave them. They talked about how negative reviews and feedback ‘tore them up forecweeks’. They really cared and I thought how brilliant the people in our nhs are. What a great move to change to this Practice. Thank you!

I was very anxious about a procedure which can be painful but I quickly felt reassured by the calm, professional yet human manner of the GP who was brilliant in carrying out said procedure. Thank you!

I was seen very quickly in the morning after I rang the surgery. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The doctor I saw was attentive, empathise and efficient and followed up the consultation within 10 days as promised. I can’t fault my experience.

I was offered a GP appointment promptly by the reception manager in spite of ringing the surgery quite late. The GP listened carefully, investigated everything thoroughly both by asking appropriate questions and by a physical examination. She was very empathic, showed concern and made suggestions about management of the problem in question. I felt very reassured.

I have recently returned from holiday and was experiencing some considerable discomfort in my ear. Due I suspect to lots of swimming whilst away. I rang the surgery at the appointed opening hour I was advised that I could have an appointment literally 30 minutes later if I was able to get there by that time. The doctor I saw was incredibly professional,charming, friendly and engaging. She very quickly identified the problem and issued a prescription. By the time I had walked round to the local pharmacy, some five minutes later it was ready for me. I know that currently the NHS is under a great deal of pressure and comes in for a certain amount of criticism. My personal experience however on the few occasions when I have needed to make use of the service is that it is very well run and efficient. Many thanks N Carman

Superb service over for myself and my wife. Seen in person on the same day within 2 hours of calling. Thorough and expert assessment and rapid referral and treatment. At a time when General Practice is under pressure and often criticised, I cannot praise the service we received highly enough from both the doctors we saw and reception team too. Superb new premises too.

Whilst it's sometimes difficult to get a day appointment, the doctors go above and beyond when it comes to an unwell child and are very supportive when it's something more minor, e.g. a bout of impetigo was given treatment on the day, after the morning appointments were already allocated with a photo and a quick call . So efficient.

The GPS are great. You can always get an appointment or speak to a doctor. They are kind and helpful. I had blood taken by a great practitioner on 26/5. Didn’t feel a thing! A fantastic practice.
