My grandmother had an appointment for which I attended with her. The doctor was very thorough in their investigation and directed all questions to her which made her feel listened to. They asked us what outcome we were looking for. Very good doctors and receptionists.

Receptionist and GPs are very helpful. I always get appointment on the day when I call in the morning for emergency. I feel GPs have good knowledge of medical conditions and advise clearly.
