The out of hours doctor called me yesterday he was really good he called me regarding aariz my son 31/01/2024 his Servise was so good will higlet recommende this doctor

I was nervous to move practices when I moved home as I liked my previous one. I needn't have been concerned as Royal Docks is even better! The staff are warm and friendly, and the doctors and nurses really listen, take you seriously and advocate for your care. I've been really impressed and I'm so glad I moved.

As a patient for only 5 years this is by far and excellent practice. The doctors, nurses and staff are amazing , they answer the phones and do their best to get you seen or referred to the correct department of service. I have felt much more at ease with my Heath and confident with the information provided with regards to Heath issues and queries. The trust they install and do their uttermost for their patients. Thank you

Unfriendly staff. Very condescending. Appointments always late. Notoriously difficult to book appointments due to unfriendly process and staff and terrible website.

Never have to wait too long to speak to a doctor. Always quick to response when it comes to my children which is great. Every doctor I have spoken to has always been so good

It’s usually easy to get a next day appointment. Staff is polite and nurses are very welcome. Doctors are very professionals and I am happy with the practice as a joint team. The place could be better and have air conditioning at the waiting room which could be better designed too. It seems to have plenty of other rooms to be used which could be great too.

I was very pleased with the GP who has recently had three consultations about our twins who had a viral illness. All consultations were through the phone. I found very important the fact that the Doctor gave us follow-up appointments to assess our children’s progress and she was caring and very helpful with what she advised us with. The only drawback I find with the online system is that sometimes is slow for Doctors to respond and especially for children you wish for a face to face review when you are worried as a parent. The phone consultations in this case though have been quite reassuring.

Refuse to take f2f appointments despite me falling slowly into an asthma attack. Breathing dropping by 10-20% a day atm. Callbacks promised yesterday, noone called. They called today. whilst I was in meetings and couldnt answer. I called back 5 mins later and was. told that the doctor "deemed that I obviously wasnt ill enough if I was still working
