I don't understand why there are so many bad reviews about this practice. I have had really good experience with Sandringham. The GPs are so good and through. Specially the new GP, I think he is a locum but he said he is here regularly now. He makes you feel so comfortable. My husband also had concerns about my health and he also listened to him. The cough I had for months has gone away with just a nasal spray because the nose was dripping to back of my throat. The reception team is also very good. They even went back inside to mention something to the doctor for me. You all work really hard and we can see this. It can be difficult to get an appointment sometimes but that's an issue with the whole of NHS at the moment unfortunately. Thank you to the whole sandringham team.

Rang for an appointment so I could be issued with a sick certificate as I have a serious underlying condition that means I can be off work. Was told by the receptionist that my request for an appointment was not urgent and appointments can only be offered on the day for genuine emergencies and I was not urgent. Was sent a link for an online request which does not work. Left distressed whilst ill worrying about having no certification and getting into trouble with my employer. Ended up having to pay privately for the necessary document.

I can’t seem to get an appointment here. Advised to ring at 8am and when i did they said to book online that evening at 9.30pm neither have worked and I have no idea now how I am meant to access a doctor. I don’t think the system is working.

I had quite a bit of a problem regarding a doctor in the practice. Who approached with her bad vibes on the day of my telephone consultation. She made me feel low low that was the reason for contacting my doctor Surgery. I felt like she didn't have any information on how I was feeling that day . My mental health issues went through the roof.

The GPs are fine though I’ve had little interaction as I had only ever managed to see a nurse for most of my appointments rather than a GP. Any time I have had an appointment I’ve been asked to take blood tests for my pre-existing condition of which the results have been never communicated to me or they have been lost. More frustratingly, the surgery have been sent several referral letters from the hospital for me to see a consultant but they have not actioned the referral for over seven months despite both my attempts and the hospital’s attempts to chase. Receptionists are mediocre and uninterested at best. The surgery is thoroughly let down by its poor administration.
