    Reception staff replied promptly by telephone to an online consultation form I had completed. Rearranging appointments for my daughter was done efficiently and politely.

    Always wonderful help and support from Queensbridge GP! I have come to this practice for many years and they reply promptly and listen to you during the appointments. Great team.

    Seen immediately after phone call. Reassuring medical result very quickly. Medical staff compassionate and helpful. Reception staff mixed; can be a bit offhand. I hate the form to get in touch with the GP but it works and saves sitting on the end of the phone. In this day and age a really effective GP practice. Thank you.

    Im am so angry as a patient of over 10yrs and on regular pain medication for yrs. I have had lots of times chasing repeats ive put in. I have recently notified the practice about a change of chemist as i was going away for a week. I rang first thing on monday (plenty of time) the receptionist sorted that. I then ordered on nhs app straight after (so same day). Ive checked every day it is now thursday and again im calling the doctors as its still not sorted. I done everything i should when i should however im still waiting for it to be sorted. Im due to go home on sunday and what am i to do if i now if i cant get them . Im so upset and shouldnt be made to feel like this for medication that im on regularly. Its embarrassing and ruining my little time away with friends and family. Now im constantly checking the app unable to concentrate or enjoy anything because of all this uncertainty and hassle.

    Having had an infected insect bite the GP was immediate and effective in diagnosis and treatment. When the treatment didn't seem to work I was seen immediately and put on a stronger dose. They were professional, considerate and polite throughout. I only have positive and good things to say about how I was treated.

    I always manage to see a GP fast thanks to their triage system and their Patient App. Kind and friendly doctors as well as their reception team. Feel lucky to have such a great practice when I know a lot of people struggle to see a GP.

    This is the first review of my life but I felt compelled to write after what might be close to a decade of truly amazing care and service. I have trying customers on a daily basis and pleasing all of the people all of the time is tiring... The way that the front of house cope with, and manage every walk of life is beyond incredible. The doctors have never missed a beat with me or my family and for that I am truly grateful Thank you to every single person at this practice, you are a team of amazing humans that take on other peoples lives head on. Thank you

    Last week I tried for 4 days to get a simple GP's appointment. From Monday, I spent in total more than 4 hours on the phone trying to get through to the reception (in separate occasions). On tuesday I waited for 1hr and 40minutes to speak to reception. I was told i had appointments that never transpired so i ended up taking a morning off work on Thursday to try and see a doctor. When i finally got an appointment on Thursday afternoon it was a phone call that lasted less than 5 minutes which allowed me to get the prescription i needed. Why is it so difficult? The last three visits i have made to this practice have been equally frustrating, mired by inefficient process and inadequate medical advice. There is something very wrong here.

    Sadly, the reception team are rude and dismissive. It is incredibly concerning that that reception staff who presumably have no formal medical training are making decisions around whether a patient with severe pain will be offered a same day appointment. GP are brilliant, but it is very difficult to get an issue taken seriously/ see a GP.
