   Professional service from the receptionist staff and from the Nurse on Duty Monday 18/03/2024 at 3.10pm. The Nurse was exceptional and gave me good advice.

   I regret to inform you that my experience at Doctor's Surgery was nothing short of a nightmare. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It is clear that the Doctors at this surgery have no idea what they are doing and should be struck off immediately. The Nurses are no better - instead of focusing on their job, they are more interested in probing personal questions about your family and marital life. This is not only unprofessional but downright invasive. I have serious doubts about the accuracy of the cervical smear test I received, and I am sure that I am not the only patient who feels this way. As if that wasn't enough, the receptionists are equally terrible. They are rude, careless, and prone to mistakes with appointments. When confronted about their mistakes, they act insolent and entitled, as if it is the patients who are at fault. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unbecoming of anyone who works in the medical field. It is clear that the people of Plaistow deserve better than this. If you value your health and well-being, I strongly suggest you avoid this surgery at all costs. The doctors, nurses, and receptionists at Doctor's Surgery are a disgrace to the medical profession, and I would not trust them with my health or the health of anyone I care about
