    I have multiple health problems and frequently need to contact the surgery. All the care I have received has been exceptionally good. I have always found the reception staff very courteous and helpful. I imagine it can be a stressful job and they remain unflustered and calm. My regular GP is the mental health lead for the practice and he is always very easy to talk to, kind and concerned for my welfare. Recently I have had a lot of physical health problems and have had to be put on the call list for urgent help. Every doctor I have spoken to has been kind, thorough and helpful. I have had to go into A&E several times and the GP has always written a referral and sent that to me on my phone so I can show the A&e doctors. This is extremely helpful and speeds up being seen by the correct hospital team. I have been particularly impressed by the practice’s use of technology. I can see all my notes and test results online. The doctors use the NHS App’s messaging service which is really helpful. Any emails I send are responded to within 24 hours. All in all I have been and continue to be very impressed with this practice. I frequently recommend it to friends and neighbours.

    One of the best practices I have ever visited. O have been a patient of this practice for more than 10 years and I can say that it is much better than many private health care facilites. Doctors are very caring and they are there whenever you need. I am always happy with my visits.

    The doctors here are generally great: prompt, friendly and professional. The reception staff are often flippant, rude, and difficult to deal with. No doubt they feel they rule their little kingdom and are somehow entitled. Doctors: you really need to pay attention and do something about it. Sick and in pain people have enough to deal with.
