    I have been using this GP service my entire life, it has got worse and worse. I have an anxiety disorder, work full time unable to make phone calls during the day. The surgery advertises that they are available online through Patient Access and WebGP. They are not, if you try to use either of these they do not work. It says the surgery is not accepting requests or appointments and they have changed their details so you can no longer connect to Patient Access. This means I unable to make an appointment, because they only make them at 8am over the phone, where you have to wait on hold for up to an hour before you can be spoken to. I cannot do this, as I work full time. I also find it difficult speaking on the phone due to me disorder. The practice have offered me no support with this.

    Phoned last week to get a appointment had to see a nurse in the evening, got told everything was fine and it will resolve its self. Phoned again few days later no appointments via telephone/ e-consultant or through 111 managed to get a appointment the next day when I was told it was a bad infection and I required antibiotics. They never answer the phone. One receptionist is so rude wants to know everything that’s wrong with you when it’s none of her concern! Appointments are gone by 8:20am if you can get through, e-consult always closed now and to order repeat prescriptions is a joke. This surgery needs to go under investigation if you can go somewhere else then do!!

    Received and saw 2 missed calls at work and then received a text message to call the surgery about a matter they want to discuss with me, 20+ calls later no one answered the phone. I remain concerned/ curious about the purpose of the contact especially in view of failing to also make an appointment online for my blood pressure and high cholesterol! I’m sure the documentation would read that they’re unable to contact me. This would be 100% inaccurate. Still trying to contact the surgery.

    I have called every day this week to try and obtain a GP phone appointment as I'd received a text from one of the GPs asking me to set up a call to discuss my blood test results to be told there isn't any availability today and to call back tomorrow, it's on a day to day appointment basis. When I said I was concerned as I have a underlying medical issue, the receptionist proceeded to look up my results and tell me I have extremely cholesterol. I'm now worried that I'll have a stroke or heartattack and she just told me to call me at 8am the following day, the time I commute to work. I would therefore not be able to call whilst on a packed train. I have paid my NI/taxes for 43 years and think it's disgusting I'm unable to talk to a GP about my health, this is disgusting. I hardly visit the GP but when I have an health issue, I should be able to speak to someone.

    Been with this doctor 4 weeks can’t get an appointment even when calling at 8, am, by the time i got though no appointment, needed a doctor for 4 weeks still no appointment just told by 111 to go urgent care! Still waiting for them to give me ct result cause no one picks up phone! Spent all day on phone to this pattacts, I will be changing doctor I have loads of health issues far from good enough

    Haven’t needed to see my gp in years, finally have a health issue I’d like to have addressed by a doctor, no one picks up the phone ever. You go in to make an appointment they tell you to call, and still again no one answers, spent two days calling from morning till evening and no one answers I can’t ge tot see my gp. Avoid this practice at all costs!!!

    Not only did this doctor surgery manage to lose my whole medical history the reception staff are rude. No face to face appointments unless you wait 6-7 weeks.

    Called in after problem with blood sugar monitor not working, given replacement straight away. Also prescription issued for supply of test strips and lancets

    We have only been registered here one week and that is only as our amazing and wonderful Gp has closed . We was promised that the surgery was helpful and open at 8 and a good service as I have a disabled son who had been I'll with strep a and at the time of asking if they was registering I was told by the practise manager that I would always be able to get him seen as it's such a serious issue and that the lines are open for calls Etc Well we literally have only bene registered a week worst ever experience of my life and as a mum with the nhs This surgery does not answer the telephone and that's all day long We ended up attending in person to try to get help for our son and the receptionist was rude unhelpful and wouldn't do anything other than offer a phone appointment in 6 weeks My child has recurring strep a I was told he would need a new prescription if it flared which to be honest would be possible without an appointment as it's marked on his records There is no way il stay registered here a week was enough My visit in person made me see elderly and vulnerable people standing in line just to get to talk to the receptionist about blood results etc all the things w which we was falsely told would be done by phone and that the surgery has a good System for Ont he day appointments Seems to me they have way too many patients than they can cope with and I would never recommend this surgery I will now be registering my family elsewhere there's no way this surgery is running to the standard of quality it should be I have had experience with two other surgeries in have never had such Trouble getting anyone by phone or urgent care for my vulnerable son It's a surgery issue not an nhs issue Phones should be being answered On two occasions this week I've stood and watched phones ringing and three members of staff just not picking up Save yourself the hassle and stress and I'll health and avoid

    Rang for apt and said I was not coping, 6 weeks til apt.....never patients waiting so why such an unacceptable wait.....ring on morning for apt.....impossible to get through
