The receptionist was very kind and came and helped me as I have difficulty walking.The Dr was very good and not at all patronising I would definitely go to get again Thank you to the Practice.

Most efficient and friendly and helpful. Most informative nothing too much trouble. Made to feel at ease. My problem was dealt with and follow up hospital appointments made.

I saw Dr R for the first time and she was an absolute delight, very understanding and efficient and made my whole experience better... I've had many GPs over the years but she is by far the best GP I have come across, great practice... Outstanding Dr

My experience with this surgery varies quite widely depending on which GP I am fortunate to have an appointment with. My last appointment was really, really good and I am feeling very positive after seeing this particular GP. They really took their time in explaining things very clearly to me. I had questions about future options and they were very patient in explaining all the pros and cons of each option. I wasn't made to feel like a nuisance or a fool which has unfortunately happened in some previous cases. I really, really hope this particular GP is not a locum and is permanently based with this surgery because they are really good. I assume all GPs have a standard level of medical knowledge. However the difference between a GP and a very good GP is patience and empathy. Unfortunately, good GPs are like gold dust. - but I was lucky for once! I didn't get the result I was hoping for, but the GP explained what the next steps were. It did not feel judgemental or preach-y. As a result, I have really taken to heart what they have recommended and started to actively think and do things as the GP recommended.

I was nervous about my appointment but the nurse made me feel at ease with her humor and manner. She was a proper cheerleader and I felt relaxed.

I needed help sorting out my mums repeat prescription. I also needed to change the chemist we use. I needed to get her on the NHS app and register my Lasting power of atoney.. She was so very helpful, polite and patient with my questions.

Every time I call the surgery and there is a query it is dealt with empathy and understanding . The query is always dealt with proffesionaly and if I am promised a call back I will always get it back for an update. I was very sceptacle about the e-consult service however it has proved me wrong . I always get a text that same morning with either an appointment or a prescription arranged. The receptionists that I have dealt with ( I cant mention their names otherwise i would) are always understanding and effecient . A lot of changes were made after the pandemic and it has taken a little while for accepting the changes but I do believe all the changes that were made were for the patients best interest. The Dr's are all very good too. Well done and thank you all !!!

Every time I visit this surgery all the staff are very professional caring n helpful Even during busy time staff take their time n listen carefully n try their best to solve the issues with smile on their face and that makes big difference
