  1. Review titled Waiting for ECG

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Kevin Kingshott - Posted on 13 October 2023

I went to the GP in July, with possible, Atrial Fibrillation and was informed that I would be referred for an urgent ECG. I still have not had the ECG and have been informed by the reception staff that the ECG request was sent as non urgent. I have contacted the surgery on several times, also my daughter has called when I am at work. To get further information or an appointment and have not been able to get either, except you have to wait. I would have thought the ECG would have been done by now, I understand that the surgery don't do the ECG but feel they could chase it up.

  2. Review titled The worse I have ever seen

Rated 1 star out of 5

I moved to this area last year (2021) because I was pregnant I needed to move to a nearby GP. Ever since I registered with this GP I have never been able to book one single appointment with them, even after I had my baby up till this moment, no single appointment was booked for me or my baby even when we desperately needed it. They either tell you to call back or tell you the appointments are not released until the following month and even if you called the following month they find something else to tell you. What a shame!
