Miss pretty much all requests from Consultants, prescribed wrong medication or none for months when specialists requested, incorrect test results given or no notification of issues, waited 3 yrs for appts they never chase up, rude receptionist often and no bedside manner at all, impossible to get an appt

My 2 year daughter had a high fever and also had a sleep apnea. We took her to the Surgery early morning and told her the situation and requested to book an appointment. I was appalled by the receptionist response that we don’t do emergency appointment and better take her to a&e. If you can’t see my GP when you need it then what is the point of having a one?!!!
