    We, my wife and myself in our mid 80’s so we are both on certain medications. For my wife it’s Eye medication and for myself other things. So we phone our local delivery Pharmacy to ask them to get the Petersfield Surgery to ask a doctor ( who is designated to deal with prescription renewals ) to issue the prescription for Crescent Pharmacy to fulfil. But the medication, when it arrives, isn’t always the correct medication. We, rightly or wrongly, assume that the Pharmacy can only supply whatever the Petersfield Prescription Doctor gives permission, as per our medical notes ? That doesn’t give us much confidence in the Petersfield Prescription service or the doctor responsible, if we are not getting the correct type and or dosage we require.

    The telephone portal for same day appointments has remain practically unhelpful as the only answer when called any day anytime is there’s no more available appointments at this time It’s making waiting to book Gp appointments a risky and dangerous venture It will create further unnecessary pressure on the A and E

    Been patient of this gp for almost 5 years, 3 years in I moved out from the area but under no circumstances I would register myself elsewhere. Nothing is problem for this practise, anything I ever need is one call away, receptionists are extremely friendly, nurses are very helpful and accommodating, everyone there is happy to go the extra mile to help. My referral has been messed up few times tho, but I believe that’s due to the fact that I moved away. Everyone in this place deserves the best as they r doing their very best.

    I find the reception ladies very helpful and polite they also respond quickly to any queries I might have. They were very helpful in arranging letter I needed. This is a great well run practice. I also saw the nurse this week and she was brilliant

    I am not a patient here but I have been accompanying a very elderly relative to the practice as well as dealing with her medical issues over the past few years. I couldn't praise the staff and the doctors enough. The reception team are lovely, always helpful and extremely pleasant. We have seen a number of doctors who are very understanding, kind and pleasant. I'm sure in this job it is very hard to please all of the people, all of the time but I feel that all the team go out of their way to try. I am very impressed with how we have always been treated. Thank you everyone.

    Can't get appointment for 4 weeks not even a telephone appointment. Have to wait for 4 weeks did telephone appointment to adjust medication after blood test result. Letting us to continue the wrong dose of medication until appointment. Terrible experience. If less staff,staff to be increased to serve the patients or new patients to be redirected to other GPs. It's really unfare to get this type of GP service when we pay 350 pounds for NI every month. It's painful.
