  1. Review titled Very difficult to get an appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 19 January 2024

Very hard to get an appointment and when you do expect to be treated like you need to leave asap. The main gps don’t have any personal care. They want you to leave as quickly as possible. I’ve ended up in A&E just to get some medical services for my child on several occasions. Don’t feel comfortable at this practice.

  2. Review titled Not a good practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

Always struggle to get an appointment for my young kids and always being told to call next day. U have private insurance for full family but sometimes can’t use virtual GP and need face to face appointment. The surgery never understands the needs or considers the young age. The receptionist is also not sympathetic or helpful. Extremely disappointed and it is serving me no purpose at all!

  3. Review titled Hard to Contact

Rated 3 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 16 May 2023

Tried several times to call. Wait forever, then have music playing and a voice saying that I'm number "whatever" in the queue. Today I was no.5 for 20 minutes and was then cut off! No wonder A&E gets large numbers! We are continually told not to go to A&E unless urgent - contact your GP. Fine if you can get through!

  5. Review titled Cannot get through on the phone !!

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 18 May 2023

I phoned today (18 May 2023) at 11.05am. I was no.6 in the queue - I got to no.1 at 12noon and thought "great", any moment now. Wrong! At 1.05pm I was still no.1! Fortunately, in a way, I have earpieces to go with the phone, so could get on with other things. But if I hadn't and/or was elderly, I would probably have got stressed out big time. I was calling about my Father-in-Law, if he had been waiting that long, my wife and I would have heard about it for goodness knows how long. He may have even had another stroke. "Your call is important to us", the recording says. Huh! Some patients/relatives would have gone to A&E and clog it up even more than it already is. Perhaps CQC should go in and investigate. Maybe grade the surgery as poor, put them in special measures or whatever. I wonder how many patients health has deteriorated through this very poor service?
