I have recently switched to Dr Yasin Surgery and I have started to realise how the good surgeries works. Previously, it's been just us running behind GPs trying to figure out next steps and appointments. However, I am amazed how good they are at following up and ensuring our wellbeing! I had to visit a hospital for some emergency which turned out to be a false alarm thankfully. But the very next day, I received a phone call from the surgery booking me in for an appointment to pursue the false alarm pain! A big Thank you to Dr Yasin Surgery 😊

A great surgery the doctors are very welcoming make you feel at ease listen and help with the treatment you need or further assessments. Reception staff are also very nice and helpful.

Brilliant surgery, all the reception staff are very friendly, doctors are very understanding, most of the time I can get an appointment on the same day, best surgery in South Ockendon.

The Dr's, Nurses and receptionists are very good if you can get to talk to them. After an hour on the line (I started the call at 8oclock) I gave up. I have been calling on an off since then (it is now 11.42) If you want to sit on the phone all day this is the surgery for you.

Doctors and nurses are supportive and always take time to listen to patient’s issues. I have not experienced any problems with obtaining an appointment

My overall experience of this GP surgery has been very good, my needs have always been addressed and all of the Doctors have been really good. The only thing that is difficult is when you have to call at 8am on the dot to get an appointment and sometimes even when you do this you are like 16th in the queue and an appointment is not guaranteed. I think the booking system needs to be updated in some way but other than that it’s a very good GP surgery.

Thank you for your feedback, I appreciate it can be frustrating trying to get through at busy periods and for this reason we now do offer pre-bookable appointments and also online booking appointments. On my visit the surgery was clean and organised with plenty of information leaflets and a scrolling information TV Screen. There was also an automated Self Check In screen.

I received an urgent appointment on the day due to my concerns and the GP I saw could not have been more helpful. She dealt with all my concerns and explained them all fully to me and included me in the treatment she was suggesting. I felt that all my concerns were listened to and addressed. I could not recommend this surgery and GP enough.
