The Doctor and one particular receptionist make you feel like you are an inconvenience to them. Every time I order a prescription something goes wrong. I’ve had stuff that I didn’t order, things I’ve ordered not been prescribed and prescriptions not done at all ! When I have been at work from 6 a.m I have better things to do than run between pharmacy and surgery because something is wrong again ! They never explain anything and when a procedure has been changed you are just expected to know ! You can never get an answer on the phone (particularly p.m) and today when I got held in a queue I drove down to the Surgery (still holding on with my mobile) only to find reception locked up and unattended ! So beware - you are hanging on for nothing. You can’t get a face to face appointment and I was recently offered a telephone appointment for three weeks time ! Absolutely terrible place and I shall be leaving as soon as I can
