I attended Deal Tree Health Centre on the 15 April for a consultation on a specific condition. The doctor I saw was superb and identified the issue and prescribed medication.

I called yesterday at 8.08am for an appointment for my daughter who has been really poorly and by 08.13am my call was answered & same day appointment booked. Receptionist was helpful & polite. Clinician was thorough and medications given. Thank you Deal Tree for all your hard work.

I would like to thank the nursing staff at the Dealtree Health Centre for looking after me for the past 3 months. Whilst playing golf I was hit in the calf area of my right leg by a golf ball which caused substantial damage. I have had dressing changes twice a week by the nurses who have all provided me with an excellent, professional and caring service. Thank you.

Considering the amount of staff in the pharmacy I can't for the life of me understand why they cannot be open throughout the day by simply staggering work hours and breaks. I will in future use another pharmacy to collect my prescription instead of using the practice one.

Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback relating to our dispensary opening hours. We are sorry that these do not meet your expectations and we continue to work towards being able to expand the counter opening hours in the near future. Along with many other service areas within the NHS, recruitment of experienced and qualified staff is an ongoing issue. Our existing dispensary staff are working to full capacity. However, we are confident that an increase in opening time availability for our patients (almost 4000 use the dispensary) will be possible in he coming months. I needed an on the day appointment. Receptionist, Nurse and GP all very professional,understanding and caring. I was referred immediately, recieved a call re Refferal as I arrived home 1 mile from the surgery! All I want to say is a big thank you to all involved.

My elderly mother had an accident and cut her arm. Receptionist was very helpful, she listened to my concerns and after seeking advice said a Nurse could see her. She managed expectations beforehand by saying 1. We might have a wait after arriving at the surgery 2. We may need to go to hospital if it needed to be stitched. When we saw the Nurse she was very kind and patient with my mother, luckily she was able to seri strip and dress it. We are so grateful - Thank you

I had a face to face appointment for the 12 Aug 2022 at 1140 which I have just been informed is cancelled. Not happy about that. Then I received a text stating my appointment for the 30 Aug 2022 had been cancelled. Wrong date, wrong time just seems to be bad admin. In addition the NHS site shows the appointment still valid with the correct date but again wrong time.

My children have needed a few appointments recently and the surgery have been great, we got through quickly and got appointments, even if no appointments available the staff gave good advice and were kind. In such an overstretched, underfunded system where staff are on their knees this was very impressive. Well done everyone and thank you. Eleanor B
