I phoned reception to ask question , put me through to right department pharmacy, the lady there found out what I needed to no and sent ma a text to say prescription would be sent to the chemist. I don't no any other surgery that would get my problem sorted within an hour and also without need of calling in surgery. Really great service.

Having been with other GPS which adopt rigid practice not practical for most patients needs. I have been amazed at the level of care in arranging/scheduling appointments, by both staff and reception team at Dr Killy &Partners who are both knowledgable and who have gone out of their way by means of advice and providing service. In my opinion, most practices have been rigid in their structure - especially in trying to arrange an appointment where mostly you have to call very early for appointments that day with no guarantee of getting through the busy lines! Here, although that is in force, you can call both morning and afternoon and there are also options to book appointments (if meets criteria) in advance. There is an option for out of hours at other practises if like me you work office hours Monday-Friday or shift work. I have repeat prescription and have never had a problem with speed and efficiency of obtaining my meds. When there has been a problem (if out of stock or no longer on market), I have been able to call in - speak to the helpful reception/admin team who have rectified and provided an alternative. I really can’t thank them enough. I’m aware of pressures and demands on public services who are up against it from all angles and although I don’t usually leave reviews, I feel this surgery deserves it! If you’ve experienced other GPS where appointments are like gold dust and help is not forthcoming from staff, you’ll really appreciate how well a Practice Dr Killy & Partners are run. Thank you so much and please continue to do what you do… you’re doing a difficult but amazing job and you should be proud.

After getting help from the practice manager to understand how the practice worked I had the need to consult them on a potentially serious requirement. I found the whole practice was helpful and arranged for very urgent tests and results to be set up and implemented. This was with a very nice friendly approach where I felt very comfortable knowing that my needs were being handled well. Many Thanks.

I have had to contact the surgery a number of times a d again today to help with changed to my prescription and where I had left tablets at home and I was in a different part of the ukonholiday. On each occasion I ha e rung or gone into the surgery I have been helped and got the prescription I needed the same day. Thank you so much from a very satisfied patient

Just wanted to say how super the team are at Witham Health Centre, they assisted me this afternoon with urgent repeat prescription that I needed before a weekend away. Outside of this experience I’ve always received excellent service, always well mannered, prompt and professional

All I can say is this is the best surgery in Witham , my Doctor was very helpful and she listened to everything I needed to talk to her about, which I found brilliant, also booked me my blood test there and then. Thank You to the Doctors, Nurses, receptionists, and all the staff,I have and still will recommend the Health Centre, Well Done.
