Why take on new patients if you cant cope with the patients you already have, I've tried to book an appointment on line and its now the first week of May to get one, that's without trying to get through on the phone, 15 minutes and I gave up still being number six in the queue

Always helpful friendly receptionist on phone or in surgery, appts available, drs i have seen very understanding & caring, especially dr m , everyone doing their best to care for me, much appreciated

I called the GP this morning and the phone was answered within a minute. I was given the advice required in regards to my prescription request and the GP App was updated with the information as soon as I had put the phone down. Well done to the reception team this morning (17th May)

Today I had a mole removed and I struggle with passing out during procedures like this. Today the doctor and nurse were absolutely amazing and put me at eas straight away. Making sure I was ok the whole time and even made me a cup of tea and biscuits because after the procedure I was not feeling to good. Iv been at these doctors for many years and have always been happy with the doctors. Today was the easiest visit I have ever had and that was due to the doctor and nurse. Thank you both so much.

Telephone staff very rude just hang the phone up when they have no answer to your query or if you’re not happy with the answer you have been given. My vulnerable daughter missed her flu jab last year as they ran out and still can’t give her an appointment for one this year. Used to be a very good surgery but now just complete incompetence. Have issues with my Sons records too. Practice manager seems like she does nothing too. Also have to give at least a months notice of being Unwell as you can never get through to get an emergency appointment. Leaving as soon as possible.

Telephoned by doctor on Thursday who arranged for prescription. Recalled on Monday because medication didn’t seem to be doing anything. Called by doctor who immediately prescribed further medication and ordered a blood test. Excellent service. Very professional consultation
