    I called the surgery just before 5pm. I saw a Doctor at 5.20, had my blood pressure checked an ECG and picked up my prescription by 6pm. Doctor was excellent very knowledgeable and reassuring. Thank you for your help.

    Great GP surgery where you always get an appointment on the same day and normally with dr of choice. Staff and Drs are knowledgeable, helpful and kind and caring. Having an ongoing health condition I am lucky to be a patient at this surgery as I always get the help I need! Thank you Billericay Medical Practice.

    The times I have had to use the Billericay Medical practice I am pleased with the service. Yes you have to phone at 8.00 dead on the dot, but have always got an appointment and the service I received was always positive. Receptionists have been polite and helpful.

    Not fit for purpose. Claim they do not receive any test results from hospitals so unable to tell you anything. Ignore requests for medication despite sending in letter form on 2 occasions and requested on repeat med. section. All work part-time so no continuity. No appointments or telephone consultations for 3 weeks. Ring at 8am as requested, 37th in the queue! My named GP has disappeared. Practice Manager not doing a very good job.

    Been Trying to make an appointment for near on 4 wks ...Really poor service told to ring 8am they never answer the phone and your no bla bla in the que then either get cut off after 40 mins or so. when they finally answer phone back to square one ring at 8am in the morning. well i would say as you only appear to have 2 receptionist and your telling half off billericay to call at 8am pretty sure only 2 people gonna get answered at 8am .Thats only if they finished eating breakfast or chatting behind the counter. They also leave you standing at the window chatting amonst themselves then they mite really put themselves out and slide the window across really rude really gone down hill terrible service

    The GPs at Billericay Medical Practice have in my opinion always been amazing. I was seen today face to face by one of the GPs who was so helpful. I also wanted to mention that during the middle of the pandemic when there were very few face to face appointments, I telephoned about a mole I was worried about. I was asked to send in a photo which I did. Straight away this was identified as needing further investigation and I was very quickly referred. I then went on and had the treatment needed. It does often take a long time to get through on the phone lines, but I definitely think it's worth the wait.

I am sorry that you experienced a delay when calling the surgery, but our telephone lines get very busy during peak times even when we have every available member of staff answering calls.
