Had an appointment with two nurses this morning and discussed perimenopause and had the best experience, did a thorough health check and made me feel so much better mentally, it had made a huge difference even just to be understood.

Arrived at the surgery at 12.31 today, I didn't know there was staff training. Needed to confirm my repeat prescription had been sent, I asked for it 2 days ago, chemist said it was still at Doctors. I run out tomorrow. Receptionist came to the door, but refused to help in any way.

I have tried for 2 days to book an appointment online but message says on pause. I have managed to get through to receptionist who was not helpful at 2.15pm and was told try a gain in the morning.Her response was quite rude. I have been with is practice for a number of years and never had a problem. The new system is not very good when trying to book an appointment.

I met with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner in January and I just wanted to say thank you, I didn't feel rushed at all, she listened to what my issues/concerns were and i just felt so comfortable in being able to talk and knew i was being heard, she completed a referral following my appointment straight away. Thank you again

Four days my wife as suffered try to get through at 8am 2pm only to be hanged on Friday 10 th and then later to be told to call back Monday we been with this clinic for years worse service ever

What is the point in moving appointments on line when it is just as difficult, if not more so, to book an appointment by phone? Time and again the on line service is not available within an hour of opening. At 14.25 today I was speaking to the receptionist who asked me to make my query on line. By 14.40 when I tried to do so the service was unavailable. How is this an 'improved' service?

Hamilton practice is the best. The staff, nurses, receptionist and above all my Gp are all so good and have so much compassion and understanding. My GP is one of the best. She is very good at her job and I’m so thankful for having her as my doctor.

I have had a few medical issues over the last 6 months following hospital admission. Every time I have contacted the surgery I have been given appointment on same day or thereabouts. GP always responds to requests. I find the new system more efficient and effective than the old calling for appt/query. I had heard from other surgery patients how hard it is to get appts now, but I have had no problem. Thank you Hamilton Practice.

Communicated need to see a gp on 9.6.23, got text confirming appointment at surgery face to face sat 17.6.23 at 14.15. Turned up. Surgery closed. No tel numbers provided worked. Got a call at 3pm from lister house asking where i was. Not funny. At no point was i communicated that my appointment was an out of hours at a different surgery. Problem is not minor. Advised i could be there in 5min, not good enough. Patients allocated 10mins and my appointment was at 2.15 - then why are you calling me at 3??? So hacked off, frustrated and totally demoralised. Advised contact surgery on monday. Seriously unhappy

Normally I have always found all Doctors to be friendly, show empathy and be attentive! But today I saw a doctor whose bedside manner left a lot to be desired I found them rude with no empathy or even interest in listening to what I said. Having said that the diagnosis and treatment I was in agreement with but the experience of seeing this individual was extremely unpleasant! Still believe Hamilton Practice is a great practice despite this one individual!
