Review titled 5 week wait to see my GP for an appointment

I have found a strange. redish, raised looking mole anomaly on my side below my armpit so I called the Tile House surgery and explained the need for an appointment. The next appointment I could be offered with my own GP is 8th Aug.. that's 5 weeks away! Alternatively, I could go to The Brambles Surgery and see a different GP on 22nd July - that's in 19 days time , or go to Harold Wood Poly clinic walk-in GP at anytime but apparently they have a a 5 hr wait. What an absolute disgrace.

Rung surgery at 1.24pm for my wife, answered all there questions the recepection asked. Was asked if i needed an appointment now and said no. Was then told to ring back at 1.30pm. Could not believe this but rung back at 1.30pm and was told there is 10 in the que and ring back later. Your got to start manning up and doing ur job properly. NOT a great way to run a doctors.
