This practice is very professional and I feel has a great system in place to deal with 'on the day' appointments, in my opinion especially with children as well as routine appointments that are not urgent. My husband has multiple medical issues currently being investigated and they have been exemplary in ensuring he has been seen by the correct professionals in secondary care and followed up on these consultations at the surgery. The reception staff are very friendly, along with the nurses and GPs nothing is too much trouble. I was advised/sign posted to use the Skin Analytics Service to have a mole looked at, and was seen within a week. The reception staff are very good at signposting to the correct areas that a patient may need. The website is very easy to navigate around and ask questions on to free up their phone lines, and the surgery are always excellent at responding to these requests and questions. The practice also offers Saturday appointments whih is very helpful for people who work in the week. Don't change what you are doing as I am very happy with the service we have received. I feel very lucky to be registered at this practice.

I was able to book a face to face interview via the NHS App. When I was seen it was with helpful and professional conduct. I was referred incredibly quickly -i had a hospital appointment texted to me before I got out of the building. When I got an appointment, everything was so well organised and swift. Really impressive efficiency.

I love this practice. We literally haven’t ever had an issue! My son has some complex medical needs and we are always able to get an appointment for him same day. I have also been seen same day for other medical issues, and they have been always on the ball with any communication from the hospital. Thank you for being brilliant to all the staff. They treat me with respect, and listen to me during appointments.

I am so impressed by this practice. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. The doctors I have seen are friendly, patient, and extremely thorough.

From the warm welcome at reception, timely appointments, professional and capable behavior by all staff, to follow-ups and feedback, there is none better than Great Bentley surgery. As in most aspects of life, it comes down to the efforts of individuals and good systems, which make the difference. I have found that everyone at the practice, from reception to doctors and the nursing staff, all are well motivated, good at what they do and sincere. It gives me great confidence that my health care is in such capable hands. Well done, and thank you.

What an amazing service I attended my ultra sound appointment at 12 20 in colchester within 2 hours the surgery had contacted me with results Amazing Thank you so much

Thank you to all receptionists who have gone above and beyond this week to help me one in particular not allowed to name but if I say 6.30 friday evening she will Know how much I appreciated her and the doctors help thank you kindness costs nothing and is always remembered so thank you.

Reception so polite and answered my call on a Monday morning within 1 minute or less. Triaged by nurse practitioner by phone call 10 mins later and offered an appointment within half an hour. Seen with 1 minute of arrival at surgery given excellent care from diagnosis to treatment and prescription sent to local pharmacy for treatment . Pharmacy on the green efficient with dispensing medication .Excellent service all round
