I had a spinal injection 11/4/24. The procedure from start to finish, was very professional, and all the staff were so helpful and friendly, and I would highly recommend it to anyone, and as an nhs patient I cannot praise it highly enough. Many thanks to everyone.

The care that I received from the hospital staff eg surgeon anaesthetist nurses was first class from admission to discharge I highly recommend the services from this hospital facility

Everyone treated me with respect and care and were professional in all aspects. Every procedure and treatment was thoroughly explained to me. Everything was done to make me feel at ease. Marvelous staff. I thank them all.

Thus hospital has gone downhill since it was taken over by the Royal United Lots of little things that I never experienced on previous stays. The admin here has never been good, but I definitely think we have the left hand not knowing what the right is doing!! I had an operation eleven days ago, I was told before and after the op that I would have dissolvable stitches. This was also mentioned on the discharge letter. Just took the dressing off and I have staples!! Now have the hassle of making arrangements . Not happy .

The issues started from the first appointment with the gynaecologist. The doctors are not understanding at all, not polite and ignorant, 8 months waiting for the referral. On the day of the procedure, only couple of nurses welcoming and helpful, rest of them very short and seems to be annoyed to be at work, not supportive to the patients. After procedure, the discharge - straight after without any information reg. the procedure, no conversation with any doctor what has been done. Tried to call the clinic 4 days in row to get any information, no one answering phone number provided on the letter from clinic. Called the NHS patients reception, the woman answered extremely rude almost refusing to check the follow up appointment saying it is happening automatically so need for me to call, but the letter clearly state I must book follow up appointment . The worst clinic/ hospital that I ever had to deal with. Next time I would change to ruh Bath Hospital.

All staff very friendly and apparently efficient (cataract op only yesterday) Nice surroundings. Nice to be offered tea/coffee . Reassuring at all times.

Excellent treatment throughout my stay for knee surgery. All staff looked after me so well. Home and recovering well. Hospital clean and comfortable.

Had day surgery today on my right elbow, my care was like a 5 star hotel , from the receptionist to the lady that bought my sandwich and a tea, my surgeon and his team and physiotherapist was fantastic and the anaesthetist was excellent so a big thank you for looking after me,

I had a gall bladder removal and it all passed very efficiently and the care I received was excellent. I was impressed I got a follow up call the next day to see how I was felling.

I had a Colonoscopy at the Sulis hospital and everything went very well. I was seen promptly at the scheduled time by a number of excellent staff. While the procedure was uncomfortable and to be expected, I was given the option of full medication but chose gas and air. The surgeon perfomed the procedure excellently and I was very comforted during it all by kind and supportive words from the Nurse. It's not something I would want to have done again in a hurry, but the Sulis staff and facilities made the experience as comfortable as it could have been. Thank you to all.
