I'm genuinely grateful to for everyone involved in dealing with my issue and I'd like to thank you all. The only issue I had was difficult in getting through via telephone on a few occasions but I've always had someone get back to me when I've left a message.

Was a great practice for 20 years, however now there are no available appointments for patients. I have tried to get an appointment for months online but there were none. After concluding they were no longer using the system I sent a message of Patch’s asking how to make an appointment I never received a reply. When I finally was able to speak to reception on the phone it was to be told that there were no appointments at all. There is not even an available appointment in several weeks - just no appointments. Even despite reception checking 3 of their hubs apparently there are no appointments in 3. Is this practice still in operation?

I have been with this surgery for many many years; the Dr's are first rate; empathic + knowledgeable. My GP is absolutely fantastic and I am happy to give this review when all the NHS gets are complaints! Thank you :)

This practice has really upped its game. Feedback on poor service has been acted on and now the reception team answer the phone quickly and are very helpful. Getting to a GP on a minor matter is acceptable in terms of time. On a an emergency prescription this week they turned it around in 5 hours from call to chemist collection with follow through from the reception team.

Review titled Second lost urine sample of daughter

This surgery lost my 5 year old's urine sample for a second time. This loss was reported today (the previous happened earlier this year). Because of the really bad administration, it makes it impossible to be treated here. Moving my family to a different surgery, that is not constantly error prone.

I've been a patient here for over four years and they're all good people doing a great job, but the experience of making appointments and communicating with the practice has got much worse. Online services like appointments used to work well but now have become difficult and very confusing.
