  1. Review titled Worst practice - No answer

Rated 1 star out of 5

I have tried to contact the surgery many times without success. The last one was today at 9:10 Am. I have no Gp assigned to my name and the policy about having same-day appointments is very annoying. Well I called and you didn't answer. I have also tried to get an online consultation and they close the case if they reached capacity and you have to do it all over again. Such a poor and bad practice. You must show respect to people.

Staff are rude no one has any patient including the doctors ! Can't talk to anyone without waiting days for an appointment. Wanna change my surgery even after being here for over 30 years.

  4. Review titled Bizzare behaviour - Fake appointment

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 07 October 2022

I recently registered with this surgery having read all the good reviews. However, I have been faced with totally bizarre behaviour by people at the reception when I have called them or approached them in person. Today I went there in response to a text I received for an appointment and when I got there I was told the appointment was cancelled. Since I had not booked the appointment in the first place I enquired what it was for and was told it was my leg problems which I don't have! So asked how this is possible but the person at the desk had no answer. I asked to speak to the person who the appointment was with but was told they are too busy, i asked to speak to a doctor but told they are too busy, I asked for the practice manager but told this person works only one day a week and was not there...in the end I just gave up and returned......

  5. Review titled Terrible Practice

Rated 1 star out of 5

This Practice is so terribly managed! Calls are not picked up, if they do a wait of 30 minutes is normal, emails are never replied to. Unprofessional, unhelpful and unfriendly reception staff and the nurse and nursing assistant very unhelpful. Very very difficult to get an appointment with Doctors and Nurses.

  6. Review titled terrible service

Rated 1 star out of 5

I am housebound and my meds have been stopped by the local pharmacy as the practice has stopped sending community nurses to do blood tests. I've tried to get a telephone consult for weeks and am told I may have to wait weeks for an emergency phone consult. Tried emailing but the email bounced. I will have to go without meds and that is not acceptable. The staff are mostly dismissive and the females are rude, the male is well mannered though.. Most unhappy.

  7. Review titled very unpolite and rude receptionist !!!

Rated 1 star out of 5

    by simona d'amico - Posted on 13 April 2022

Unfortunately they have a very unpolite, unfriendly and unprofessional receptionist. The little experience I had with doctors and nurses at the practise is not bad but dealing with the administration is useless and time consuming! I tried to get a doctor to see my son same day but apparently no appointment available and I should call tomorrow to check if possible!!! Is this a service from a GP??? Considering changing GP practice
