I was seen very quickly to have a wart removal. Staff were helpful.and friendly. I was given clear instructions on aftercare and was made to feel comfortable

As soon as I first got diagnosed with a prolapsed womb in December last year,the surgery have been so caring, concerned about my welfare, as well as dealing with my condition they also done health checks, blood, urine, sugar levels,etc which I haven’t had done for years. I just want to thank all the staff at Heathrow Medical Centre they have been amazing.

I attended the surgery on the 07/11/2023 and was attended by paramedic. The paramedic was very patient and sympathetic to me. I appreciate the service by the paramedic and she provided excellent care to me. Please pass on my thanks to this paramedic on duty this day.

Every time I come to this practice my concerns are dealt with professionally and efficiently. All the doctors really listen to my concerns and give me the best advice for treatments. I recommend this practice very much!

I am very happy with the service. Whenever I came the reception staff and doctors were very helpful. Specially their manager. she is very nice and professional. Whenever I needed any support she was always there for me with a lovely smile.

I have recently received really good care from this practice. I have used the e-consult service twice and on both occasions received a response within the hour. The responses were appropriate and the outcome effective. The telephone consultation I had was carried out by a Gp who listened & discussed treatment options with me in a sensitive manner - thank you

My experience has been for almost 7.5 years and it's been nothing but pleasant. As a patient you are being heard. Your concerns are been taken into consideration. In some scenarios the GP have acted swiftly. With current situation the way GP's are overloaded with patients I can be only grateful to be with Heathrow Medical Centre. The reception team has been wonderful too. Some moments they have tried their best to fit me in if they could. I would highly recommend Heathrow Medical Centre. We live in Feltham and don't mind going all the way to Hayes and I believe it says it all. Thank you.

Trying to make an appointment recently I was caller No 2 for 40 mins. When I got through to the reception, I was informed Dr will call me 3 days later. I was hoping to get a consultation to enquire about my recent medication only to be fobbed off. Following week, I called again after sending a photo of my recent condition and was able to get through in quick time. This time I was able to attend the surgery,and had a great discussion with the Dr.
