I took my smear test for the first time which was very overdue, the nurse could see I was very nervous when I walked in. She made me feel so comfortable and guided me through the process and made sure I was happy with everything. She was really lovely and very informative too! An overall great experience!

Whatever the interaction with this GP Surgery, it seems to be shambolic. I have life-saving medication disappear at random from my Repeat Prescription which I then have to stress about and chase to rectify, I have constant requests for duplicate tests to ones performed in conjunction with Specialist Consultants at Hospital Clinics...but when I need something from them, they're nowhere to be found. The Receptionists ask you to email and constantly claim to be busy (if they pick up). Beyond that, the implementation of Patches is farcical (a Digital Engagement Service that only permits requests being created within Opening Hours? - This is 2023 and its why you're inundated with calls at opening!) It's a shame because as somebody specialist in People/Tools/Process, I witness with my own eyes and through my own experience what is broken...but there's nobody within the Practice who can see what is wrong/how to fix it (Clue: It isn't money and you're as inefficient an operation as I've ever seen in ~20yrs of consulting on these sorts of things).

Having tried to cancel a blood test by telephone I was cut off 5 times so gave up. Apologies to whoever was going to do the test but I tried to let you know
