I have always received excellent treatment and service. Phoning reception last week an appointment was given 2 hours later, and then the Doctor gave me a thorough examination. Tests were arranged and completed that morning. Specialist appointments were arranged so that all was extremely efficient. I await results and follow up. Glendale Medical Centre deserves credit for the part it has played in keeping me fit and healthy and still cycling, playing golf and tennis at the age of 92.

I felt I just had to write a positive review of Glendale Medical Centre, you hear so many bad things about doctors surgeries, but not mine. The receptionists are so very helpful & you can always get to speak to somebody on the phone & I’ve never had to wait for an appointment if I have needed one. If they say they will call you back, then they do, nothing is too much trouble. The Doctors are all very friendly & approachable & deal very efficiently with any problem I may have. I have been with this surgery for over 40 years & cannot praise them enough. Thank you very much. I do not need you very often, thank goodness, but when I do, you are always there xxx

Both myself and my husband were seriously ill recently. the doctors, nurses and admin staff were amazing. Couldn't have ask for better treatment. Thank you.

I was pregnant and I was happy till I didn't start noticing some light brown spots that concerned me. I managed to take an appointment with the GP on the same day and that's great considering that I had to beg the receptionist to get their attention on my concerns and be seen by someone. It was the quickest chat I had in my life... nothing to worry about the doctor said! If you start bleeding then will prioritise your referral... and after 1 day I had a miscarriage! Next time I would rather Google the symptoms.
