Need an urgent appointment as my asthma (chest infection) it worsen over night got an appointment on the same day, Fantastic!! I can only say that the service was amazing I was very well looked after by my hard working Family GP and the rest ot the team working on that day, my worries were simply taken away and I felt reassured 😃, I cannot thank them enough, please keep up with your good work 🙏

I had a flu jab on Saturday and it was all run so smoothly. I then needed help from the GP on Wednesday so i called in the afternoon and received a call back from the doctor shortly after. Excellent service. Lovely staff.

Visited GP this morning and the whole team from Receptionists to GP were beyond fantastic. I also had an appointment with the Physio at this practice yesterday evening, who provided a great service. Thank you all !

Blood test, as part of concerns about cholesterol levels, carried out efficiently and courteously. Easy to sign in at the surgery.

I have had to use the surgery quite a bit in the last few months and I have been really impressed with all the Doctors, nurses and reception staff I have seen, they don’t have an easy job but in my time of need they have helped me massively and have been very understanding, helpful and reassuring

The reception staff are always so lovely and helpful!! It’s very hard to go through the phone line queue to get an appointment and after 1 hour and 20 minutes all available appointment are gone… But one person in the practice is worth mentioning the Nurse is absolutely brilliant! Not only she knows why she doing, (would prefer to see her than a doctor there!!!!) and do her job perfectly, she does it in a way that you feel confident in the treatment you’re receiving. I have my share of appointments, surgeries and blood test and have never seen someone like her!!! About the doctors, I need to wish good luck!!! If you get one that’s having a good day, you might be alright… already had test results misread, ibuprofen prescribed for a child with chickenpox, moisturise cream prescribed for unexpected bruise….

I spoke to the receptionist following a short wait on the phone. I required an appointment following a recent procedure at Harefield Hospital. I was given an appointment to suit me and met the needs of my discharge letter without any hesitation. I have always been 100% satisfied with the care given to me by St Martins Medical Centre and the way I am treated so well with care and sympathy. I am very lucky to be a patient of this practice.

I had to have some blood tests completed due to a new job role. I called St Martins and the receptionist was so helpful, she went above and beyond to help. The nurse was contacted and I was booked in the same day for tests. I cannot recommend the surgery enough.
