When i come to the surgery for the appointment or medication request they are really helpful. I would recommend this practice to my family and friends.

We are registered at this surgery for 15 years and had no issues. appointments as needed is always provided, happy with clinicians, sometimes when seeing other doctors can get different medication

Very thorough. They want to make you better, like you want to get better. In other words, they go the extra mile. And do their very best. Can ask no more they are only human Like you.

Iam very happy with the surgery. I have been a patient with them for more than 12 years and I always found them very helpful and understanding. I always felt reassured after seeing my doctors or the nurses or the HCAs. If I was unable to book an appointment on the phone, there was e-consult or most recently Patchs where I could put down my issue, and I used to get a call from the surgery the same day offering me an appointment.

I went in with a number of health concerns & felt listened to. All follow ups were followed through & I was able to be seen by the appropriate specialists. Any interaction with the surgery in person has been fine but I do find that as a result of having to use Patches for everything you loose the human interaction element.

cannot get appointment at this surgery.I rang two times this week was put on hold then got cut off.cannot get appointment booked on line at all, as no appointments left.

First of all it is very very difficult to find a appointment on this surgery Secondly the Receptionist is very disrespectful every time I visit

Thank you for your feedback. For all your appointments you no longer need to ring the surgery, you simply send in a patch requesting an appointment, the link for patch is available on our website.

I always been able to get appointment when ever i need them, All the staff are kind, I find the doctors though and never rushed their appointments and i feel lucky to be registered in this practice at this current climate.

Thank you very much Janice for your kind words, Not many after good experience take time to appreciate the hard work that goes in providing the services to patients, on the contrary we receive more negative reviews for simply following the guidelines and policies, We lost few staff members who could not tolerate patients abuse any longer. Thank you for appreciation and valuable time.

For a week I have been calling to make an appointment, let alone booking one I cannot even get through. I have stayed on the phone for 1-2 hours every morning and when I’ve finally got to caller number 1 they have then disconnected me. When I have gone into the surgery they receptionists are sat there chatting away letting the the phone ring. How is this professional? Why an earth are we paying tax for such a terrible service. Something needs to be done as soon as possible.

I have been using this surgery for ten years. They used to be good. I know times have changed but I am unwell with several ailments. I was due to see the nurse about my diabetic problems. On the day I was ill and not able to attend. I cancelled by text as you can never get through on phone. Next day I was sent a telling off for not attending! I am depressed and want to discuss the fact that my teeth are falling out. Dentist said I need to arrange hospital treatment with GP. The GP in question will not discuss it. I also want to discuss my increasingly regular falls. ... but they are so busy they will only discuss 1 thing at a time. The worst thing is, I rang for an appointment. Got through after an hour, only to be told there are no appointments. I must call back in three days to make a proper appointment for four weeks time.... and then not with a doctor of my choosing! If I could award this practice half a star... I would.

Mr. Huges I am sorry to hear about your experience, I will check your number on our telephone system because no calls are able to stay on the portal for more than 30 mins.
