I had to miss my every day medicine for a number of days due to failure of the practice to organise renewal of my prescription on time. The reason, in my view, shows how the practice disrespects its patients. According to the receptionist I was warned that I had to book an appointment to discuss the renewal with GP. The warning never came through conventional ways (email or texts), but was on the slip attached to the previous renewal, the slip I hardly pay attention to usually.

There is NO appointments available at any time in this GP - I’m suggesting anyone who belongs to this GP to plan when they want to be sick. Go to urgent care and wait 5 hour with vomiting and coughing 3 years old child - that’s what you are going to hear from them . Disgusting service
