I have been a customer/patient for a few years now and am pleased with the excellent service, which starts with the reception staff and follows through to care. Often get an appointment same day/week. Overall very good.

Acton Lane Medical Centre has been my local practice for 7 years. I would recommend it to anyone. From the moment I entered the reception , I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. The practice secretary has gone above and beyond to be sure that my complete health and wellness have been made first priority. I’ve just seen I can’t name the practice secretary which is a shame as I would like her to receive recognition. She was so knowledgeable,answered all my questions, was very attentive. The waiting times are relatively short. I have always felt very satisfied with the service here. The Lead gp and his staff are very good. The general practitioner is very patient who genuinely cares about his patients. Has helped me so much with everything I have been through! Really efficient and respectful! The new improved look of the office is lovely,modern,clean, pleasant and safe for all patients. I highly recommend Acton Lane Medical centre without any reservations to anyone looking for a top-notch provider.

I've never left a review for a GP practice before but I've honestly been so impressed with Acton Lane Medical Centre. The surgery I moved from in South London made me feel like an inconvenience ever calling for an appointment but the team on reception at Acton Lane are a breath of fresh air - empathetic, considerate and genuinely doing their best to help and accommodate. I've seen a couple of different Doctors and they too have been excellent, diligent and very helpful. I also love that you can have a blood test performed at the practice rather than having to head to a separate facility. All in all, very highly recommend!
