A very irresponsible GP. I have been writing reviews about this GP and yet again I have to write a review. I have been ordering (requesting) for my medicine for almost 2 weeks now. I was not given my medicine as there was no response from the GP. I called the GP and the receptionist said that she will let the nurse know about this. I went to the chemist and checked with them if GP took any action on my request. this time the Chemist called the GP and asked them what's the matter, the GP replied saying that they did not received any request regarding the medicine. so the chemist gave me some emergency medicine. seems like this GP (Saluja clinic Southall) is not really bothered about the patients. Secondly I had made an e consultation regarding my tennis elbow which is very Bad. they gave me a call saying that ill have to see a Physio. they also gave me a date but I said I was working on that date. after that I was not approached again regarding this. all I can say regarding this GP is very Bad service. Highly not recommended. if you are really concerned about you and your family and loved ones don't go to this GP to get yourself registered there.

  3. Review titled Worse practice ever

Rated 1 star out of 5

The clinic is not professional at all. Sorry to say me and my family had a worse experience hours and hours on the phone and when the turn is near the call is cut … dont book appointment when it’s emergency always and always careless when it comes to health. I do not recommend please have another GP who can help when it comes to health. It’s only a luck if you get a help at Saluja otherwise it’s super hard to get to talk with them and mainly one of receptionist very rude no sense of talking at all

  4. Review titled Telephone contact

Tried to contact Saluja via phone as i missed a call from them and this was regarding my blood test results. as I was on duty (at work ) i could not answer the call. a voice message was left for me regarding my blood test. so upon calling them back it was a regular struggle to reach them the phone kept on ringing but as usual no one picked up the phone. I emailed the clinic yet no reply. this shows how concern they are about the patients. Im even planning to get registared at some other GP other then Saluja clinic.
