I attended the Sinrise Medical Centre this morning for a spirometry test, I was greeted warmly at reception and was seen on time by the nurse who carried out the test. She was most friendly and immediately put me at my ease. We chatted as she worked but got the job done efficiently and expertly guiding me through the various procedures clearly. I couldn't ask for more. Apparently I'm not allowed to mention her name. The Medical Centre itself is a little shabby and could do with refurbishing. The waiting room was cold but in its defence it was a very cod day. However service is what counts for most and I couldn't fault it.

Reception staff hardly ever answer their phone and are rude and unhelpful. They are medically untrained and yet asked questions why we need to see doctor. They initially refused a doctor appointment, then told us to do an online consultation which said we needed an appointment with the Practice Nurse. The Practice Nurse then said we should have seen the doctor about this issue. This surgery is refusing medical help and assistance. Not fit for purpose.
