    This surgery has been providing me and my family with an easy to access GP surgery since we’ve registered with them. The eConsult service is fast and I usually get a callback within 24 hours to be booked in with a clinician. Whenever my children are unwell, they have been seen by the GP either same day or next day. I am impressed with the speed of the service. All staff are usually helpful and friendly and whenever I have needed to chase a prescription I have always been advised accordingly. The reception team go above and beyond to advise me if I am due for any injections or health checkups. Overall a commendable service during what is unarguably an incredibly stressful time for the health service, but this surgery is a credit to the NHS. Keep it up!

    there is hudge problem to get to see a doctor when it's really needed, as 8am (when Is the emergency call time) nobody picks the phone the lady in reception is rude and not helping much... they just tell you to do everything online even if you explain to them that you can not do it or you do not understand how to do it they do not care... wont reccomend this practice to anyone...

I understand that you have struggled to book an appointment with the doctor. The easiest way is to complete the e-Consult form on our practice website. Once your form is submitted, it is triaged by our team by the end of the day and you will be advised a clinician will get in touch with you. We understand that online services may not be easy for all our patients to use, or may not have access to them. In such situations, our reception team can guide you to complete the form or submit one on your behalf. I am sorry you found the reception staff to be rude. I would like to reassure you that we have regular practice meetings and our staff have regular customer service and communications refresher training. I will be sure to share your review with the practice team to help ensure these situations do not occur again. Unfortunately, you have remained anonymous, and I am unable to look into your individual case further.
