Receptionists are great and friendly. Prescription sent 5 days in advance and was still not signed off by doctor and so no medicine as not in stock at pharmacy. Very poor!

I have found receptionist rude so many times . Look like they doing fevers to patients. They don't speak politely. I aske couples of things to her she were very rude. Not satisfied at all.

Me and my family have been coming to this Surgery for 1 year. My experience is very warm, welcoming and helpful. All the staff from Reception, Phlebotomy, Nurse and Doctors are very professional and supported us a lot. I am very glad I joined this Surgery. We have no regret and wish to remain at this Surgery for many years. I would definitely recommend this Surgery to other patients.

The clinic staff treat you with respect and are always helpful, My issues had been resolved and I was given the best advice, overall I had a good experience at the clinic.

The GP the surgery is really good. The surgery really improved over the years and has a modern look. The reception staff are very friendly and always cooperating to give urgent appointments. They have made a new building meaning room for more appointments.

I have never seen this level of unprofessional behaviour from firstly you have to beg them for an appointment and you will always get an excuse and a response of going to hospital emergency or rang some other day etc. Never got an appointment in first call I have to always rang almost 3 4 times to get one.

The doctors are very efficient in helping the patient. Although it had taken a very long time to get one, ever since my first appointment the doctors have been very helpful.
