Attended for a screening test. Practice nurse was very nice,listened,carried out test in a way which minimised discomfort.

The whole team are hugely appreciated by us. For the last 12 years we have really needed their help with a health condition in the family. We think they do a really challenging job and we appreciate the doctors, nurses and the receptionist team and practice manager. They probably don’t hear appreciation enough. We find that they are really “on it” but with care and kindness. They are able to listen and work with us. Thanks to all of you. Has felt like you have had our backs. We could not be more grateful through a difficult time in recent years.

At a time when there are so many whinges about GPs I can confirm that I never have any problems with very prompt answers, e-mail replies or appointments with this surgery. They are also very, very persistent on sorting out prescription queries, and last year after a visit I received detailed letters from one of the doctors for referrals to specialists which was sent at 7.30 pm on a Sunday evening. Very impressive.

It is not always straight-forward to travel when you have health issues to consider, but the Pharmacy Team at the Argyle Surgery really smoothed the way for a recent family visit overseas. Really flexible, positive and enabling. What a difference they make to patient wellbeing. Thank you.

I last 2 years it has gone from a great and friendly team to now a couldn’t careless attitude , They would not issue very important medication . And for days on end , after 16 days without my meds which is and was very dangerous ! They then apologised and said it was of yearly review ! A 12 year old untrained person would of known that there action should never of happened ! Yet it did ! Left there

I would just like to say how impressed I am with Argyle surgery. My father had a tele con appt today, however, I wanted to speak to the doctor on behalf of my father and I found the GP to be incredibly helpful. They had acknowledged my email I had sent in and if had not been for tele con appts, I wouldn’t have had the time to come with my father to the practice. My father didn’t need a face to face appt but had he needed one, I felt confident that he would be offered one. I feel so grateful that my parents are registered at this surgery. I hope the tele con appts continue.

Doctors failed to sign papers properly, 1month wait for a doctors appointment, only to be seen by a nurse, and a very poor feedback and little care from practice manager.
