   I changed recently to this practice as it’s closer to home but it’s not possible to get any GP appointment (urgent or not urgent). I end up contacting 111 service instead of my local practice for health concerns. They should not accept new patients if they don’t have space for them.

   We are sorry you have been unable to get an appointment. We offer both telephone and face to appointments, pre-bookable and urgent on the day appointments. Did you discuss your requirements with the medical administrator on the phone? Another way to get an appointment is to visit our website and complete an eConsult. Provide us with as much detail as possible and we will find the most suitable clinician for you. If you still have trouble please contact us and discuss your needs with a member of the admin team.
