I have only been with this practice for a few years having left my previous surgery after a lifetime with them due to them becoming nothing more than a signposting practice who never wanted to see or speak with me. Due to recent poor health I have had the need to see or speak with a Doctor on a few occasions. Not only have I been able to access my Doctor with ease but the service and attention to detail has been excellent. I felt I had to write this review due to the amazing service I received today. I have done something to my shoulder and been in a lot of pain, pain killers and rest just not sorting it out so I called them this morning about 8.20am, and following a conversation with the lovely receptionist, I was given an appointment. By 10.30am I am back home having already seen a Physio! I doubt you would get great service like that even in the Private sector. In today's world when the GP's are so busy I feel very lucky to have found this practice, I really couldn't ask for more and I am so glad I made the switch from my old practice. Thank you Elmbank Surgery!

I went to my breast screening appointment today in Hanwell, what a spectacular department so warm, friendly, welcoming, put you at ease, glorious and a wonderful experience so thank you for the fantastic service lovely staff, I will never feel nervous attending again .

I was referred here for minor surgery to have cysts on my head removed which I've had done many times over the years but first time here. the doctor I saw insisted they must take out one cyst per week and take the stitches out at the same time for previous weeks removal. This sounded very odd and would take the best part of 2 months to do so I explained I've had multiple ones taken out at the same time in the past. They more or less told me take it or leave it and refused to listen to me. So I left it went to a hospital had them all taken out in one go stitches taken out the following week far better. Having them take each cyst out singularly at a time would have been a massive inconvenience to myself

I saw a very professional, hard-working doctor about my skin rash. They were very knowledgeable and kind and tried their hardest to get to the bottom the problem. They prescribed me several treatments and a referral. I'm really glad this surgery has such intelligent doctors.

Recently switched surgieres due to moving and can honestly say this is the best service I have received on the NHS. I was given an appointment with the Nurse Practioner who was professional and diligent. We discussed several options and at no point did I feel rushed or unheard. We created a clinical plan that met my needs and even discussed the best routines for dosing to minimise side effects. My mental and physical health were taken into account and I feel better than I have in years. I didn't realise moving surgery would be such a game changer. Top tier surgery.

We have had a lot of unpleasant experiences with GPs till we got into this surgery... Since then (2014) me and my whole family has been treated property and correctly. Forever grateful to be treated by such great doctors and kind staff! The doctor saved my father couple of years ago and he was the only one to make the right diagnosis not only on him but on me and my younger brother... When all were saying we are crazy, he found the right reason and gave the correct treatment! May the doctors be blessed
