   I called this morning for an appointment , I was asked by the receptionist what’s the reason I called for, she told me the Gp will call me back. I waited and when she called she was rushing me, and asked me about Covid symptoms which I did not have . She told me to check my blood pressure which I said I don’t have the equipment and she say go buy yourself Vitamin D over counter . My question is why do I have to self check, she is there as my Gp I am not a Doctor, she is not interested in even checking my vital signs but tell me to go and get vitamin D, self sick note certificate. And the way she speaks make me feel stupid and she just cut the call. She does not care at all, let alone her receptionist, I had to explain myself again as to why I book for blood test. The receptionist told me who said I should book for bloods because there is no such information from the doctor’s notes. It was such a bad experience. You call your Gp for help instead you are told it’s Do it yourself , why is she there? Or she is there for certain people that I don’t fall under their group?
