The service of this Gp is terrible . From when I was little to me now being 25 and having my own child . Firstly the prescriptions are never sent in time . Secondly I was told I can get an appointment next weeek even though I am sick now . If you propose anything to the doctor they dismiss it . I wanted my son tested for parasites the docotor was dissmissing me until I raised my tone . Is this what we have to do to get the healthcare we need ? Calling all at 8 am is the silliest thing as how can one get through when everyone is ringing at the same time . I called in 4 different occasions and said i was 5th in the que when you go in the Gp nobody is on the phone ?

I spoke to a gp today regarding my child. She was wonderful. She listened to me and gave me great advice. She had a tone that made me feel very comfortable and didn't rush the call. Thank you so very much

I’m very pleased with the care that I receive from this practice. The reception staff do their very best to accommodate appointments whilst being warm and welcoming. I had an appointment today and the receptionist was so very lovely and it makes the world of difference. I got to see the doctor who was equally lovely and I’m so very appreciative. The whole team: receptionists, nurses, Clinical Pharmacists and doctors do a great job despite the busyness and trying to juggle so many demands for services. I feel blessed to have this practice so a big thank you to you all for your amazing professionalism and doing the best you can with what you have. I’m so grateful to have the NHS, what a wonderful organisation.

It is understandable that the doctors are extremely busy and that it is very difficult for patients to get appointments with them. As I had a swelling on my hand, I approached my local chemist to get an opinion on it. It was suggested to me that I should see my GP as soon as possible. Having said that, I did go to my GP surgery in Allendale Road. As soon as I arrived at the reception, I was met by the staff who assessed my condition, contacted the doctor and made sure I was in the appointment within half an hour. It is simply unheard of for this to happen! It is my expectation that I will receive consistent service at the very least. The fact that I am able to do that is what keeps me in the game. Further, I would like to mention that the exemplary service, which was provided by the doctor, did raise my level of satisfaction. In numerous instances, the doctors have under-promised, but over-delivered and gone the extra mile. For example , the doctor has electronically, arranged for an X-Ray, within 24 hours, made an appointment for me to see a qualified technician at the surgery as part of a new service that they introduced to heir patients. I went to the hospital on the following day and within twenty minutes I had my X-Ray done! I am simply impressed. Thank you and Well done to the NHS and Allendale Road surgery for all your services.

I’ve been registered at the practice for a very long time and the service has always been great. The doctors are really good and very professional and are always there to help with your needs.

The Practice Manager was exceptional with the care and attention given to my daughters referral letter on the 21st Oct at the end of the day. Infact she always goes above and beyond when i have a query or if i'm concerned about anything. Thank you
