    On Friday the 16th of February I made an appointment via patches for blood tests. Patches ask you when is the next time to call you and they seem to ignore this part of the form. As I work in a school I asked for them to call me at 3:30, instead they called me T 12, 1 o’clock and 3 o’clock. I called the surgery back and the receptionist said she will get the doctor to call me back they never did. On my patches for I stated that I needed a liver functioning blood test so I assumed when I booked my appointment this was what it was for. When I arrived at the surgery on the Friday and baring in mind I’m hardly ever there as I can never get an appointment. I didn’t get as much as a hello. My appointment was for 9 o’clock and I wasn’t seen until 9:25…the surgery was not busy. I was called to go and see the doctor and when I mentioned about my blood test she said she couldn’t do it and I needed to make another appointment, I think these people forget when you work you can’t just take time off. I had also been really ill and asked the doctor to look at a rash I had developed on my chest but she didn’t really seem bothered about it. I then went out to the reception where I was ignored as both were on the phone and when I finally did speak to the lady I was told I Had to go to central Middlesex on a Thursday or Saturday for my blood tests. In my profession we are constantly monitored but it seems doctors can do what they want….since when was it made it okay for doctors not to do blood tests. People don’t like going to the doctors but when they do they xhold be allowed to get treatment they have requested. I won’t be going to this doctors ever again.

    Dear Patient, We have received your feedback and we have thoroughly investigated the concerns you raised. Based on our comprehensive investigation, which included reviewing our records, analysing CCTV footage, and consulting with the receptionists on duty, we have confirmed the following: On the 16th Feb24, you arrived at 8:46am for your 9:00 am appointment. The Doctor attended to you promptly at 9:10 which was within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. The time you mentioned in your post is incorrect as you were seen promptly. Your consultation concluded at 9:16 am, following which you approached the Reception desk to schedule a blood test appointment. It was determined that both receptionist were occupied on phone calls at the time. However, the receptionist you approached immediately signalled that she would assist you shortly, given her ongoing call, you were not ignored. She attended to you immediately after she concluded the call. You then requested a blood test appointment, the Receptionist provided available dates, none of which suited your schedule. Subsequently, she suggested an alternative, our “walk-in” blood service, an extension of our appointment system, available every Thursday from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at another site close-by. You opted for this option, and she promptly provided you with a blood test form and the address details for the walk-in blood test service. This concluded your interaction, and you departed from the premises thereafter at 9.27am. We believe this constitutes care that was appropriate and flexible to your needs, even in the light of healthcare pressures being faced nationally. We strongly encourage you to contact the Practice Manager in the future with any concerns, as this is a more effective method for addressing misunderstandings.     I’m hypertension person I mad my review last month and do blood test .I asked for my blood pressure tablet xs I run of of tablets and they felt lazy to send my prescription to my chemist befor weekend they didn’t send it and follow by bank holiday after 5 days not taking my blood pressure tablets I called them to tell them that I had a pain on my head xs I didn’t take my tablets for 5days they told me u need to make a review I told them I made a review last month and a blood test they told me we don’t have in the system I told them give me some tablets tell I speak with doctor xs u put my live in a risk xs u r making a mistake in ur system they refuse and up to now 6days without my tablets and still waiting

    Dear Anonymous Patient, We are sorry to learn about the difficulties you have experienced in obtaining your medication. Please be advised we adhere to a very strict Prescription Policy to ensure all medication offered to patients is safe and subject to continuous review. We take Patient Safety very seriously. An important part of this policy is to ensure that arrangements are in place for necessary monitoring of usage and effects, and to carry out regular reviews of the continuing need for the repeat prescription. From the information you have provided, it sounds like the required review was still pending as every review we undertake is recorded and processed accordingly. Please be advised there is a complaints process available to patients to provide feedback about their experience of our services and we would direct you to either doing so by writing to the practice, visiting the practice in person or via our website.     With all honestly, Someone with multiple health issues, I can testify that this Practice from reception, nurses, pharmacist to GPs were absolutely great every time I approach them, they respond to my requests and go beyond, the GPs listen with care and receptionists.. always try their best to accommodate me despite everything, I am very great full for their service and lucky to have them as Practice, wish them all well.

    I am using the practice on weekly basis. The receptionists are really wonderful. The Nurses are great. The GPS are kind, always looking after me with multiple health conditions. They never let me down. I am very lucky to have them as my first contact.
