I had an appointment with My Amazing Nurse. Who always takes my Blood and gives me my B12 injection. Every 3 months. On this occasion, I had to have a lot more Blood Tests/Tubes because of the Liver Department requesting it. I felt rather Weak and Faint after my Bloods were taken. And the time and care She showed me and help me, was impeccable. She was incredible.

Both my husband and I are very happy with our surgery. All staff ie reception, secretaries, nurses and of course GPs are very professional and helpful. We have had no problems or issues.

It was very good to have an appointment in person rather than over the telephone. Communication, in both directions, is more effective when face-to-face. It also meant that I was able to leave with everything that I needed rather that have to call back in to pick up forms.

Able to get to speak to a doctor at short notice and to get seen at a follow up appointment the following day. The doctors listened to my concerns and were very thorough in arriving at a diagnosis. The practice as a whole has been very sympathetic given a series of material health issues that I am dealing with.

I have been a patient at Land End for many years, and I have never once been disappointed. My recent appointment with our GP was so helpful. She identified the problem I had, and her recommendation was spot on. She also saw my baby daughter for her 8-week review and raised a concern about her hip joint. Thanks to her observation, we are getting the right treatment for our daughter. Great work Lane End!

My wife and I moved to Lane End Medical from our previous surgery after being there for over 40 years it had gone down so much this is the best move ever we cannot say how well Lane End Medical has looked after us from the reception managers and all the Doctors who have looked after our health concerns at all times we are so grateful Thank you

I have to say a big thank you to Lane End - I have not had any issues getting an appointment (by telephone or Patient Access app). The staff are all very friendly from the receptionists to the medical team. I was seen promptly and given as much time as I needed to discuss my medical issue. The Doctor was very professional and I came away feeling reassured. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lane End Medical Group to any of my family or friends.
