I had a distressing health situation today and went to the surgery. The receptionist was so kind,calm and helpful. I got an emergency appointment with a GP in less than 2 hours. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

The Practice's Senior Clinical Pharmacist has been really helpful (going through the long list of my daughter's medication list and making sure that I can order her medication without any problems). Highly appreciated his effort and professional but also reassuring approach!

Just returned from abroad after years away. Had a heart attack & treated at the Royal Free. But needed a GP for part after care before I was allowed to be discharged. Called from hospital bed & the medical centre staff was sympathetic & immensely helpful. Got me registered in a few hours. They’ve been friendly & helpful with all the follow ups since.

I had a call from the Senior Clinical Pharmacist who was very friendly and went through a number of questions with me explaining why he was asking as he went through the questions. Nice and calm interview and made me feel like I was being looked after

Nothing but praise for the whole practice I have only ever had positive experiences with both reception staff and doctors. Feel listened too, never had to wait long for an appointment and feel doctors go well beyond what is normally expected of average doctors these days.

Wonderful in depth review with the senior pharmacist today who provided lots of information and suggestions regarding my asthma etc and forward projections for the surgery to enforce.

I used the online facility to describe my symptoms. A doctor replied within the time-scale offered. The advice is sound, and an appropriate prescription was sent to the local chemist. I was able to collect it. It has helped and I am beginning to feel better.
