So I rang 8 o’clock for emergency appointment, but reception don’t have professional manners, they need more training and they don’t have a clue how to guide a patient. Once I had an appointment it took 1:30 for waiting. Unprofessional Nurses, 10 min of work, took 1:40to finish the one 1 injection. List is too long. Hope you people understand

So i called on 30.5.23 at 8 am to book an emergency appointment for me,the receptionist was not able to tell me if was face to face or telephonic.I called back to ask was no one called me back and she answered rudely yeah you should’ve known that was face to face.I said but you didn’t tell me nothing!Next day I called at 8.03 and she didn’t have any appointments left.Very rude and unprofessional ,I will change my GP.

The service I receive from Wakemans Hill Surgery since I registered in 2019 is easy to say supreme. Any health issue I experienced was dealt with professionalism, dedication and great care. The easy access to appointments is phenomenal, considering that people registered with other surgeries are not even able to speak to the receptionists nowadays.

Very good GP practice in the current time. I can not thank enough for the care we are receiving for our newborn. Always able to book appointment when needed. Great care and ownership of the issues and follow up by the doctor. No waiting to see doctor after arriving. I would highly recommend this GP Practice to every one.

Response from the surgery is fast and they are very considerate with the way they handle patients with soft spoken manner. First surgery I fell in love with ever . I am happy that I am part of the team regardless that I am a patient.. Great GP surgery.
