My wife and l have been very satisfied patients of Park View Surgery in Loughborough for around 40 years and have been very happy with the friendly, efficient service provided during this time, and in particular, the last 10 years. From arrival at reception and right through to friendly, knowledgeable doctors, we have been treated with care and kindness all the way. As l now approach 80 l understand that my need for additional medical care will likely fall upon my surgery to provide, along with my carer wife who also cares for her 90 year old mother, however, l have no fear that my doctors will fall short, quite the opposite. The 3 of us send our love and thanks for all at this amazing surgery.

Called on Friday 2nd December 2024 as soon as it hit 8am. I had spoken to the GP earlier on in the week and my condition had worsened so was ringing back as advised. When I got through the automated message said I was first in the queue. Was kept on hold until 8:34am when the phone was then put down on me by the practice. Didn’t even get through to speak to a receptionist!

Review titled The worst GP Practice!

On 23/05/2023 at 15.05 I have tried to call on: 02082053649, unfortunately nobody unswered to my call. I was on the phone for over 32 minutes, and I have had to stop call, because worried for a high cost of the phone bill. I am a 70 years old pensioner, on a High rate of disability, suffering serious illness Scleroderma. I am recognised as an extremely clinically vulnerable, prescribed Methotrexate. The Royal Free Hospital advised me to book an appointment with my GP, I am suffering a severe pain due to prolapses. I am not happy with this GP since I moved to my current address, and would not advice this GP to anyone!!!! I wish to find more reliable medical practice.

You will be pleased to hear that we have upgraded our telephone system, it now has a call back feature which holds the patients position in the queue without needing to hold on the line. The patient will be called back by the system once they are at the front of the queue. We hope this feature would benefit patients in future. However, I am sorry that you have had to experience this. The registration via internet was quick and easy, delivering documents to the practice went smoothly, the staff was extremely friendly and even more helpful.
