Doctor and all other staff at this practice are excellent. He gave me a first class service. He took his time to answer any questions comprehensively. I am very happy with this practice.

With a bit of perseverance, I finally managed to get a face to face appointment with my gp. The receptionists were helpful and friendly every time I called. The doctor listened to my problems and gave me his professional advice which I trust 100%. The only disappointing thing is that there seems to be a lack of communication between the different nhs services as my gp did not have access to the results of my recent blood tests taken at Watford a&e.

While I called too late to get an appointment today, I was directed to the website where I could post a description of my symptoms with photos. The doctor examined them and called back the same morning and prescribed me something quickly. Really convenient, considerate and very helpful.

Telephoned at 8 am. 6th in the queue.10 minutes wait for answer. Received a text with a short questionnaire about my symptoms. Doctor called me at 8.30. Excellent service.

I can always see the Doctor. The receptionist are so friendly always willing to help and resolve any issues

Due to have a physio appointment at 8am today (08/11/2023) and receive a phone call 20 minutes before the appointment to advise it's now cancelled and I have to wait 6 weeks to be re-booked. I drove an hour to get to the appointment and arrived early to ensure I got there in good time, now effectively wasting my time and money to get here. The person who called me had no empathy and insisted the next appointment is on 6 weeks despite the fact I was already sitting outside the surgery.

I am sorry to hear about your issue. Unfortunately you have left your review on the Gossoms End Surgery forum, we are a GP Service. This service that you are complaining about is not us - the building is Gossoms End and multiple services use the building. From what you have said this sounds like an MSK Connect Health service so please contact them directly on 01442 913356 or your own doctors surgery to see if they have any other contact details. Most sympathetic and helpful. He listened with patience and understanding and endeavoured to find solutions to my problems.

Helpful staff, seen on time, doctor had good knowledge of previous history. The premises were clean and well organised. The receptionist was helpful and polite.

I was in a middle of a sentence when the person handling my call put the phone down on me. I was not rude, I had a happy tone and I only had their number and just wanted the number of the skeletal teams number who are in the same building and apart of the nhs . This person handling my call most probably didn't know what I wanted as they didn't give me time of day, listened or wanted to help , if this is what they are like before you get in the door I wouldn't recommend this gp practice very unfriendly, plus I wasn't rude to this person but this person their whole tone and action was not great to begin with as they answered the phone but that is ok I guess.

I would be happy to look into this further if you would provide me with the time/date and number that you called from - please send an email to gossomsendsurgery@nhs.net marked for the attention of Vanessa. Although we are in the same building as MSK we are not connected with them and, as a busy GP surgery, do not have the facility to pass on messages or transfer calls. May I suggest that you also take this up with MSK in order to ensure that they provide better information to their patients regarding contacting them in order to avoid future patients wasting their time phoning the incorrect number.
